Service Level & Protection: CloudShield provides real-time DNS filtering and threat mitigation. While we maintain 99.99% edge availability, users remain responsible for configuring proper fallback resolvers on mission-critical equipment.
Fair Use & Network Health: We prohibit malicious DNS amplification attacks, automated brute-force query flooding, and any activity intended to degrade service quality for other tenants.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws and digital commerce regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
CloudShield DNS Philippines operates with strict compliance under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Zero Personal Data Brokerage: We strictly do NOT sell, broker, or monetize your DNS queries, browsing history, or profile metadata to third parties or advertising brokers.
Data Minimization & User Sovereignty: Query logs are maintained temporarily solely for customer dashboard analytics. You have absolute authority to anonymize client IPs, alter retention periods, or perform immediate, immutable log deletions from your console.
End-to-End Encryption: All DNS query streams transmitted over DoH (DNS-over-HTTPS) and DoT (DNS-over-TLS) are cryptographically secured using TLS 1.3 encryption.
